Welcome to Boss Gloss Epoxy. By requesting an estimate, scheduling services, or hiring Boss Gloss Epoxy for epoxy flooring installation or related services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
Boss Gloss Epoxy provides professional epoxy flooring installation services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Services may include, but are not limited to:
Epoxy flooring installation
Surface preparation, grinding, and repair
Concrete coatings and protective finishes
Garages, basements, commercial spaces, and other approved areas
On-site consultations, estimates, and project planning
All services are provided based on the scope agreed upon in writing prior to installation.
Boss Gloss Epoxy provides epoxy flooring to residential & commercial properties. You can expect to receive messages regarding estimate reminders, project details, and scheduling updates.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 475-800-8702. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive appointment reminders on a weekly basis. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

2. Estimates & Project Scope
All estimates provided by Boss Gloss Epoxy are based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation. Final pricing may be subject to change if additional issues are discovered, including but not limited to:
Unexpected concrete damage
Moisture issues
Surface contamination
Structural defects not visible during the initial inspection
Any changes to scope or pricing will be communicated and approved before additional work is performed.
3. Scheduling & Access
By scheduling an installation or estimate, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the job site during the agreed-upon time window.
Delays caused by lack of access, weather conditions, site readiness, or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. Boss Gloss Epoxy is not responsible for delays outside of its control.
If a scheduled appointment or installation is canceled with insufficient notice, rescheduling may be subject to availability.
4. Deposits, Payments & Refunds
A deposit may be required to secure your installation date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the agreed-upon work, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or preparation work has begun.
Because epoxy flooring installation involves custom materials, labor scheduling, and jobsite preparation, refunds are not provided once work has started.
5. Installation Conditions & Results
Epoxy flooring results can vary based on environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, moisture levels, and existing concrete conditions.
While Boss Gloss Epoxy uses professional materials and proven installation methods, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are considered normal.
Clients acknowledge that epoxy flooring is a coating system and requires proper care and maintenance after installation.
6. Warranty & Maintenance
Boss Gloss Epoxy may offer limited workmanship warranties as outlined in writing at the time of service.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper cleaning, moisture intrusion, structural movement, or alterations made by others after installation.
Routine maintenance and proper use are the responsibility of the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
Boss Gloss Epoxy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of installed flooring or related services.
By hiring Boss Gloss Epoxy, you agree to hold harmless the company and its representatives from claims resulting from pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or conditions outside of our control.
8. Website & Content Use
All content on the Boss Gloss Epoxy website, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of Boss Gloss Epoxy and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut.
